HOW WE WORK

Editorial standards

A useful verdict needs traceable inputs, visible limits, and a correction path.

1. Start with the decision

Every page defines the reader, situation, and choice it is meant to change. When an ordered recommendation is useful, it must show its reasons and counter-case; alphabetical order is not an editorial judgment.

2. Label the nature of a claim

We distinguish verifiable facts, publisher statements, editorial observations, inferences, and opinions. Manufacturer language remains attributed. An observation appears only after a real, retained protocol has been performed.

3. Verify the U.S. version

Product name, variant, size, ingredient or Drug Facts panel, directions, source, and checked-on date must match the U.S. version. Information from another market is not silently transferred.

4. Keep the health boundary visible

We organize shopping and use questions; we do not diagnose symptoms. Persistent, painful, or concerning symptoms belong with a qualified healthcare or dental professional.

5. Disclose commercial relationships

Ownership, affiliate arrangements, funding, supplied products, and reviewer relationships are disclosed on the affected content. A blank field is not treated as proof that no relationship exists.

6. Correct and update

A material product change or credible correction can return a conclusion to HOLD. Confirmed factual errors are corrected on the affected page; material changes are dated so the decision trail remains understandable.
